My recent stay at this hotel was truly a relaxing escape! the staff here were fantastic - always willing to help out, give tips on local spots, or even assist with little things like providing extra leftover food containers. the bungalow we stayed in was spacious, perfect for our family of four. One highlight was the lush tropical gardens surrounding the property, creating a tranquil atmosphere. the self-catering facilities in our bungalow made meal prep a breeze, and the outdoor dining area was a lovely touch for enjoying breakfasts in the fresh air.
One suggestion would be to add more lighting around the pathways, as they can be a bit dim at night. some soundproofing enhancements could help reduce noises from neighboring units, enhancing guests' overall comfort during their stay.

The staff were genuine friendly and could not do enough for you. The setting was beautiful and we were literally in the middle of the bush surrounded by lots of wildlife which made it very authentic. It was relaxing as there were not too many guests there and they had free movies on the tv which was perfect for a night in!
The bed was not the most comfortable and it was not very central so we had to pay $20 taxi fayre each time we wanted to go into town. Other than that the whole group liked it and I got a great deal on line.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was blown away by the beautiful tropical gardens that surround the property. It felt like I was in paradise, with lush greenery all around. The hotel also had two stunning swimming pools that were perfect for a relaxing dip. The owners of the hotel, Michael and Jane, were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me during my stay.
I would recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to a beautiful waterfall and a bus stop nearby. It's also a short walk to the beach, which always makes for a great day out. the rooms are well-equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and there are two lovely pools to enjoy. the grounds are well-maintained and the staff are friendly.
The room I stayed in was not very clean. the bathroom sink and kitchen were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the rest of the hotel's high standards.

We stayed at a wonderful family-friendly resort that had two awesome pools. One was ideal for little ones as it had a beach entrance, and the other was a massive lagoon pool with a slide for kids and a spa for adults. the 2 and 3 bedroom rooms were stupendous, and we opted for the 3 bedroom deluxe that was fully equipped with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. the location was fantastic with just a short drive to town and the beach.
the fridge was not chilled enough, which was a bit scary if we had to keep meat or seafood in it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The parking was also a major plus, as was the beautiful location in the tropical gardens. The hotel was conveniently located near the golf course and just a short drive away from the famous Cable Beach tourist strip. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The gardens were well-maintained and beautiful. The staff was friendly during the check-in process and gave us information about the area. The pools were a nice addition to the outdoor areas.
The apartment was in need of updates throughout. The bathroom was unclean and outdated with mold in the shower and urine stains.
